Welcome to Carvio. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Carvio mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by Carvio. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

When you use the App, an anonymous account is automatically created for you. You are responsible for:
The App offers both free and premium features. Free users can manage one vehicle. Premium subscribers ("Carvio Pro") can manage unlimited vehicles and access additional features.
Carvio Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with the following options:
Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of any subscription period.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice of the change.
You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (vehicle information, maintenance records, expenses, reminders). By using the App, you grant us permission to store and process this content solely to provide the App's services to you.

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Carvio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Carvio is a tool to help you track vehicle maintenance. It is not a substitute for professional mechanical advice. Always consult qualified professionals for vehicle maintenance decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARVIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carvio from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
